As for the "Hold On" project, the starting point for these pendants are the handles of brushes and tools.
After cutting them and separating them from their original function, they are burned superficially. The burnt part is then treated with a special resin that has sealed the surface.
Each pendant, in besides being worn, allows and invites the wearer to hold it and with the thumb to touch the wooden part uncovered by the burn.
